The wood fibers absorb the cutting blades of all types of knives ensuring that the knife will stay sharper and the board will retain its smooth surface.

This chopping board is inspired by Boos Butcher blocks of 1887. Made of solid  hardwood, maple and walnut, this board is beautiful and strong.

Handcrafted in Ravenswood, West Virginia from sustainably harvested hardwoods; each board is hand-finished food-grade oil by our employees with disabilities.

  • Crafted in the USA from sustainably harvested American cherry, walnut and maple.
  • Solid wood board holds up to generations of slicing and chopping.
